Question : Moving drives from one ax100 to another chassie

We currently have a ax100. From a support perspective, I have two choices.
I can either pay +$100 a month for support or I can just get another ax100 chassis without any drives.
I'm liking option 2 but have a concern about the process of moving drives from our current ax100 to an empty chassis.
Anyone have any thoughts on this process?
