Question : CISCO IP Communicator Soft phone

Kind of a two part question here, using CISCO System version: 6.1.2.1000-13. And the phone in question is a softphone, no hardware other than a head set. The first issue is that all of a sudden one of my users will RANDOMLY get a fast busy signal while trying to dial out. This is completely random, the phone works 90% of the time. The IP communicator has been uninstalled and re-installed with the same result.

Second part of the question, he is also unable to answer and hang up the call using the button on the side of the headset (plantronics cs50-usb). That head set worked fine on another machine (was able to answer and hang up via the button on the headset). Have tried numerous working headsets on his PC and the same issue occurs.

I am VERY new to this system, I've just take over the IT dept. in this company and have very little knowledge about the CISCO system and the IP Communicator.

Not really seeing a way, because CF does not change the ForeColor value property of the text box ... it only changes the color on the fly.  So, you would not be able to detect that color change in vba code ... in an attempt to create some sort of sorting algorithm.
