Question : Search for Large Attachments in Exchange 2007 Message Database

I'm looking for a utility or PowerShell script that will go through our Exchange mailbox database and identify any emails with attachments larger than 500kb, or any size I choose.

I've found some PowerShell scripts that can enumerate through the mailboxes, but nothing that would identify individual messages by size or attachments by size.

I've looked at MessageStats and Promodag, and while I think they are great tools, I would prefer something much simpler with less setup and cost than these solutions.
