Question : List of users in a Active Directory Distribution list

I have been doing som research on how to export a list of each distribution and security list (and each user in them) in to excel as part of a task. I have seen on the net that there are several command line options, however I am not that great with command line interaction with AD. I lose track of variables, and outright (even afer 12 years in the industry) don't understand some of the variables. So I was hoping someone here can tell me if there is a free program out there that can do this, or any other suggestions? I have both a Windows 2003 and Windows Server 2008 as DCs, if one is easier than the other please feel free to say so.

Answer : List of users in a Active Directory Distribution list

Copy normal.dot from another system that has 2007 installed on it and overwrite yours.
