Question : Remove the last Exchange 2000 server from a 2007 Domain

I have finalaised the install of an Exchange 2007 Server, i have moved all the roles and mailboxes over following the outline of the below

Everything is working and mail is flowing without issue.

I am now looking to remove the Exchange 2000 install from the Server 2000. (member Server) but i am receiving 4 errors.

1) Microsoft Domain Preperation
           A dependency failed to install.

2) Microsoft Exchange Forest Preperation
           Setup failed while Removing registry entries for Microsoft Windows 2000 Active Directory schema update (error 0xC1037986: Cannot find the file.) .
