Question : I couldnot send email from my outlook express and from my outlook - socket error 10060 0x800CCC0E

When i try to send email from my oe and outlook i am getting error message,i tried with3 email accounts with different email domains,in all the accounts i am able to receive the mails but not able to send emails.
I thought it couldbe my antivirus which is blocking,hence i removed the mcafee antivirus completely and checked for windows firewall,still no luck.

"Error: The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'youraccount', Server: 'xyz.emirates.net.ae', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Please help.

Hi,
The problem is resolved,the issue is the mail server smtp is different if i want to pull email using the internet connection of a different isp and it also requires the server authentication to send emails.
