Question : IPhone to Exchange Server
I am having problems connecting an IPhone to our Exchange Server 2003. Our Exchange server does not have a
www.domain
. It is all done by static IP address and port forwarding. Web Outlook does works and has for years. Here is what the IPhone is asking for:

Server:
Domain:
Username:
Password:
Use SSL:
Here is how I answered it:
Email:
[email protected]
(this is her Exchange e-mail address)
Server: 173.15.63.166 (internet static IP address)
Domain: domain.local
Username: AD Username
Password: AD Password
Use SSL: on
Ports 443, 25 and 110 are forwarded to the Exchange Server. As stated Outlook Web works fine. Does anyone know what I am missing? The IPhone keeps comming back with an error that it cannot verify the setting.
Answer : IPhone to Exchange Server
For domain try your NetBIOS Domain Name not the Internal DNS name (IE: DOMAIN\user)
