Question : How to get Xerox Workcentre 7665 to use contacts for email function

I want to configure the Xerox workcentre 7665 to use it's email function. That part is working so far, but the user has to manually enter in the to address every time. I want to point the xerox to a public outlook folder that has a large list of contacts. I think this can be done via Xerox's LDAP feature but I can't seem to configure it properly. The xerox is pointing to our exchange server as it's LDAP server but the xerox says that no contacts were found on the LDAP server. If I can't get this to work I am fine with importing the contacts into the Xerox's public contact folder, but even though there are entries in there the Xerox syas it can't display the public folder. Any ideas? Thanks.
