Question : ASP.net 3.5 vs 4

Good morning,
im using Visual Web developer express 2010, which from what I understand uses .net 4.0, but all the hosting providers I can find (cheaply), only support .net 3.5. Will a .net 4 application work with a 3.5 host? or is there a way to downgrade a web app from 4 to 3.5?

Alternatively, you should be able to right-click on the project in solution explorer and select properties, then choose the target framework from the application settings.
