use the first post to create the script which installs IIS 5.1
u may modify IISInstall.TXT to accommodate your requirements but make sure sysoc.inf
is exists under C:\Windows\inf\

if you encounter with permission issues, log the error here and i'll guide you to solve the problem.
other than that there's nothing much to do.
