Question : Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook 2010. Cannot Open the Outlook Window
I have a user who got a brand new computer. I had to transfer files from his old laptop to his new desktop, and some other things. Everything was working fine yesterday, however when he came in this morning to open his e-mail the following error occurs when trying to open Outlook 2010. "Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot Open the Outlook Window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed." I've tried outlook.exe /resetnavpane and that didn't work. Do you all have any suggestions that can help me get this problem resolved?

No the ost file is an offline file , if tht oesn't work, try recreating the users profile
