Question : Calendar Items Auto-CC Exchange 2007
I have a user in our environment whose assistant is now working in another capacity. This former assistant used to have rights to edit and change this user's calendar and inbox. I have changed the user's exchange account, such that their former assistant no longer has any rights whatsoever to view or modify either the inbox or the calendar.
However, I've noticed that any time the user gets a meeting request, it automatically CC's this former assistant. I've verified that there are no server-side rules in place on this account, nor are there any pertinent transport rules. The message tracking log appears to show that the Store Driver is simply forwarding these. After submitting one meeting request, I get these 6 entries in the message tracking log:
Timestamp EventID Source MessageSubject Sender Recipients
12:00:26 RECEIVE STOREDRIV Test Meeting
[email protected]
[email protected]
12:00:26 DELIVER STOREDRIV Test Meeting
[email protected]
[email protected]
12:00:26 SUBMIT STOREDRIV Test Meeting
[email protected]
12:00:27 RECEIVE STOREDRIV Test Meeting
[email protected]
[email protected]
12:00:27 DELIVER STOREDRIV Test Meeting
[email protected]
[email protected]
12:00:27 SUBMIT STOREDRIV Test Meeting
[email protected]
Any idea how to keep this from occurring?

Did you make sure the user does not have former assistant set up as a delegate? (from Outlook, Tools, Options, Dlegates)
