Question : outlook hide mail address

hi,

we are using SBS 2008 and exchange 2007, but in my outlook's global email list show all the users' emails, but I don't want to show all the users email, can I hide some I don't need.

and how to hide the group also.

Answer : outlook hide mail address

Go to exchange management console > recipient configuration > mailbox > right click on the user and select properties > select the general tab > underneath alias, place a check mark in "hide from exchange address list"
