Outlook Auto-accept does not work for 2010 meeting requests. I am running an Exchange 2003 environment and use resources for booking conference rooms. When I go and book a meeting and add a resource in outlook 2010 it will go send the email but will not “Auto-accept” the meeting. It works fine for Outlook 2003 and 2007. How do I fix this? If I log-in as one of the conference rooms, I can see my meeting request siting in the inbox. All others are processed correctly by the Auto-accept settings.
But there is a workaround for Exchange 2007 in the link but not for Exchange 2003
