Question : Citrix XenApp 4.5 doesn't show full program screen details

When running our construction program through Citrix, it doesn't show all of the screen information for certain users. Every screen has boxes to put information into it and there is always a description telling them what should be entered. On some users the description is there and others there is no description. I've tried everything I could think of, but no luck so far. It seems like a refresh issue or a cache issue, but I'm not for sure. I've included 2 screen shots to show what I mean.  If you look at the images you can see the "User Name" and "Password" on the good screen, but not that bad. It is like this for the whole application and this is user specific and not computer as far as I can tell right now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Answer : Citrix XenApp 4.5 doesn't show full program screen details

Publish the application to a be a percentage of the users desktop - like 90% and not at a set resolution like 1024x768.
