Question : compare two colums and extract the data to a new sheet excel 2007

dear all

I need to compare two sheets in an excel file then the matching data copied to a new sheet of file.

eg
sheet1                                                  sheet 2
    a       b     c        d                                a
1abc   123  456   789                         1 efg
2efg    123  456   789                         2abc
3hijk     123  456  789                         3hijk


sheet1 (colum a) matches sheet 2 (colum a)  extract row 1,2,3 to sheet 3(or new.xls)
