Question : Adobe Fireworks CS3 Basic Text Question

Sorry for my complete inexperience here, but how do I "reset" the original W H X and Y for Arial font?  Right now it's set at W:153  H:26  X: 3  Y: 11 and it looks off. Those settings must have been changed, because the font looks stretched out and unusual. How do I reset these settings so my Arial, or any other font, is at the original settings?  Image attached. Hi there!
It looks like your font is stretched. Next to the W/H and X/Y there is a dropdown menu that looks like an "A" that has been stretched too wide. Right now your's says 100%. It should say 0. I think that should fix your problem.
