Question : Windows XP product key is invalid

Hi,
I have used my company's laptop (with Windows XP Prof and a legitimate license key) last 12 months, no issue until two weeks ago.

Each time I reboot my laptop, there is an alert message pops up: Your Windows Xp product key is invalid.

I put the  legitimate license key  into it, then tells me the key is diffrent from the key for initial installation. So the  an alert message remains.

Is anyone know this issue? Why ? How to fix it?

Answer : Windows XP product key is invalid

Open the csv file with a text editor and change the encoding by resaving it as UTF-8 or UTF-16.
