Question : How to Delete a Folder or File from the Registry
I am running Win Xp Prof. and was installing software called[Photostitch] from cannon camera CD. It ran into some problem and I cancelled installation. I uninstalled everything I thought, apparently not. Now when I try to install the software again, it starts to install then stops and states[Photostitch is already installed] and will go no further to complete the installation. So there must be some of the Photostitch left in the registry. I need info on how to get to the registry to look for the folder or file to delete it so I can install the program agian.

You may want to try a registry cleaner. A well-known one is:
