Question : Outlook 2010

I have a number of users using MS Outlook 2010 that can't reply to all while using Outlook remotely.  It just hangs.  Any help would be appreciated.  It seems there is a number of issues with this version while using it remotely.

Where does it say that you can't upgrade with Fedora?  As an interim measure, http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/Rules/FH_DATE_PAST_20XX gives a way to nullify that rule which would lower spam scores by 3 points alone.  And http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/FORGED_MUA_OUTLOOK shows how to lower the "forged Outlook' scores.
