Question : Exchange 2003 "Message Options" is blank

I have Exchange 2003 on SBS2003, fully patched.
Some how an email was sent from one of my internal users to all other internal users.
The user did not sent this email to everyone, it was addressed to only one internal user (I check the sent items and confirmed this) but went to everyone.

I went to one of those other PCs and saw the email, did a "message options" and all the information was blank.

How can I figure out what went on?

Answer : Exchange 2003 "Message Options" is blank

I betting that this email that was sent to everyone was actually a reply to someones email.
Find the original sent email, should be the senders sent items.

Open the email and check Options
You should see a option that has, Have Replies sent to:

In this field, im willing to bet they had ALL STAFF

easy to do, easy to miss.

In fact this happened to us not to long ago.
