Question : Kodak Easyshare All In One Printer 5500 Ink cartriges Can ink heads be soaked or can a drop of ?? be placed on them to loosen them up
Had a fan circulating low speed over a new Kodak Easyshare All In One Printer 5500. was not using it much at first now I need it. Twice the ink heads have dried out. The first time fan was on the second it was off. Apparently I have to buy a printer cover to keep over the unit for the rest of its life never removing it until used as the ink cartridges dry out.
What is ink made of.
Is it oil based or water based.
Can a ink cartridge head have a drop of say water, alcohol or say olive oil on it to loosen them up to at least try to salvage the 3 sets of Black and Colored cartridges? Please advise. Thank you.
