Question : How to convet a CString to unsigned char * const

HI I have a function that requires an unsigned char * const how do I convert a CString to unsigned char * const.
my function looks like this
CString str =_T("192.168.3.10");

myfunction(unsigned char * const,int);

Its an internal helper table used by SQL Server.
Practically its not recommended to touch this table.
