Question : Word 2010 - Changing external linked images into embedded images

I have a Word 2010 docx file that was generated by VBA and contains many PNG images. These images are all linked to external files on my hard drive so that while everything works on my PC, when I send the docx file to a co-worker, she cannot see the images as they are not embedded into the docx file.

How can I force Word to embed them into the docx file? There are over 50 images so I need a way of doing it in one step for all of the images in the document.

The VBA used to generate the docx file makes use of Word.Selection.InsertFile to insert html pages into a DOCX.
