Question : Windows 7 PC virus

My PC Windows 7 got infected. I click on any icon (malwirebyte or combofix), nothing runs. It immediately shows "your PC is infected" kind of warning. I can do almost nothing. Is there any way to run malwirebyte or combofix or anything to fix it?

I presume its win7 32 bit?

Either way(32 or 64 bit) boot into safe mode with networking and download and run Hitmanpro in that mode
