Question : Default SMTP IIS

Hi,

We were initially using the IIS6 virtual smtp, and after changed to hmail.

Now we are trying to go back to virtual smtp. Stopped hmail and started virtual smtp.

But seems like hmail is still the default, as after restarting the server, virtual smtp s off and hmail is started.

How can we change the default smtp server?

Answer : Default SMTP IIS

Sounds like you need to disable the HMAIL SMTP service (or set it to manual at least) and make sure the Microsoft SMTP service is set to automatic and enabled.

In the services control panel.

Start -> Run -> services.msc
