Question : Server 2008 Hyper-V VMM
I need to convert a Windows XP SP3 computer to a VM. I already have a server running 2008 Std SP1 with Hyper-V. I've looked up online how to convert the XP machine to a VM on Hyper-V but I need VMM, and I've been using the below link as a guide:

My question is several parts actually:
1. How do I know if I have VMM installed?
2. If I don't have it installed, it looks like it's a part of SCCM, which we don't have. Is SCCM the only way to get VMM?
3. If VMM can be installed without adding SCCM to the network, how do I do that?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Answer : Server 2008 Hyper-V VMM
You'll want to review your site configuration. If you are still using the Inter-site transport - "DEFAULTIPSITELINK", you are probably syncing about every 15 minutes, so unlocking an account will be propagated in about fifteen minutes.
