Question : VBScript for displaying file attributes in command prompt?

Hello,

I am looking for a script that will allow me to search for a file within a certain directory on my computer, and than display all of the file attributes of that file including:

File Name
Last Edited Date / Time
Last Edited by Username (name of computer)
File Size
File Type

This script should be able to open in command prompt to which case I can type in the file I want to search for, and the results are displayed in command prompt until I close the application.. Perhaps echo the results?

All files are located here: C:\Vina

Distribution will have routes, router protocols, vlans for users....
Core will have only vlans for interconection (with no IP, except from self switch IPs)
