Question : How do I can make my iPhone & iPad to work with Exchange server?

We have re-setup a new Exchange Server in ore company, everything is working well except syncing the iPhone & the iPad with it.

How can I fix this problem?

Dual routers, BGP to dual ISP's.
Dual Firewalls
Switch pair
No single point of failure.
