Question : How to get past account lock information in Oracle

Hi Experts,
I would like to get historic account lock information. Suppose an account was created on say 1st of the month. The user locked it due to whatever reason on 5th. The aoocunt was openened on 6th. The user locked it again on 10th. It was opened again on 11th. I would like to query oracle database that gives me a history of when the account was locked and opened.

"IF" you have auditting turned on to capture those changes you will see them in dba_audit_trail.

If you don't, then there is no history
