Question : Obtain Computer Information through the network?

I need to obtain computer information from various workstations.  I have a domain controller running server 2003 and it has active directory installed.  I know how to make a script run when users login.  Is there anyway to obtain workstation information as follow:
IP Address
Network Card Mac Address
Computer Name
SN

Do you mean using ip helper to forward the dhcp request?

Do you have DHCP spoofing enabled on your network?
Any ACL / PACL applied on full path between host and server?
