Question : Can't Create New Calendar Entries

One user in our area has become unable to create new calendar entries.  File menu, keyboard shortcuts, double-clicking on the calendar - tried them all but nothing happens.  Deleted and created a new Outlook profile, but it didn't help.  It doesn't seem to be a problem for this user on other machines.  Any idea what might be causing this?

does it work with anything else? I suppose you need to run it as Administrator to get proper permissions
