Question : IIS Windows 7 500 - Internal server error. with ASP.NET C# Application

Hi i have an windows 7 ultimate machine with IIS (with all features) installed on it
i developed a web site in ASP.NET & C# and it works fine under the ASP.NET Development Server
i then imported it to a web site i created in IIS and the import works fine
the problem is when i try to access the Login.aspx page i receive the following error:

Server Error
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

i searched Google and MSDN and i couldn't find any help
Please can any one help me to debug and resolve this

but also if u look to my suggestion above i recommend u to re install the framework
