Question : HP1320N wont print until enet cable is reseated

I have a networked HP 1320n network laser printer that i am having an issue with. In order to get it to print I have to disconnect and reconnect the Ethernet cable. It prints fine after you reconnect the cable. Here is what I have tried so far. New Ethernet Cable, resetting the controller card on the back of the printer, resetting the entire printer back to factory settings, changed ports on the hub/switch, changed cables on the hub/switch. Not sure where to go from here?

All computers (Macs) on the network are affected.

I use Veeam and am quite pleased. If you do upgrade, you can download, install, and trial Veeam Backup/Replication for 30 days. It's easy to setup, install, & use and support is pretty good if you need it.
