Question : DNS control on LAN with several servers

I am hoping someone can advise me how to make my LAN work smoothly. I have three servers on a LAN in a small office.  Each server host a web site.  I use outside DNS to point to my servers. From the outside all of the sites all are easly called up by name. I seem to have a conflict on the LAN because it is hard to call up the web sites by names. Here is a discription of the network.

Three sme servers version 7.5.1  (a RedHat clone)
All systems on the network are running windows XP or Vista.
One server is providing DHCP
Each servers host a web site as the Primary domain

Each of the servers has a DNS server.  I'm not sure if these all work together, or if they are only enabled on the server which is providing DHCP.

How do I ring out the LAN's DNS.
