Question : Dhcp problem

I have a Fujitsu Siemens Primergy Tx150 S4 Server running Windows 2003 Standard Service pack 2. I have installed dhcp on the server and authorised etc all looks o.k.Event log tells me dhcp is running ok and ready to service clients but when i try and connect clients it is unable to get ip address. No error messages on event log. If i give a pc a static address i can access the server ok no problems. Any ideas ?
