Question : windows update

Hi,

I am trying to download a windows update using microsoft update but it stops at when it says" Install the Activex Control required to view this website" and then I can see the pop up saying "Install Actvex Control"

So and then I cannot do anything. can you help me ?

Answer : windows update

Just go to internet explorer and open the windows update site and follow below instructions,

Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites -> Sites ->click add (windows update site)

it should solve you problem.
