Question : nokia e72 gprs maps not working fine in london

I am using nokia e72 perfectly in Qatar but its not working fine in London. Sometime phone cathes the sattelite and mostly not.
what can be solution?

In which case, I wuold delete and re-create the profile in case it has become corrupt.
