Question : Replication  issues

I have setup transactional replication on sql 2005 databases.
My issue is that the replication monitor says All synchronizations has completed successfully. the Status on the monitor says ok.
But its now.
I do a table count between source and destination table -- and a particular table is out of sync. its not updating.
there doesnt seem to be any errors reported. No triggers on those tables either.
Please advise where i should check, look...

This is not a feature of Exchange or Outlook.  You could do one of the following (though none are really a 'supported' solution).

- Put mailbox on a separate database and mount/dismount according to schedule.
- Put mailbox on a separate Exchange server and schedule routing group connector according to schedule.

Though I don't expect you will be able to easily achieve what you are after.
