Question : Remote Control of Ubuntu Linux over Internet using SSL from Windows 7 64 bit
I move my laptop to lots of different network, some have proxy in place, some limit traffic to SSL, etc. so I am
trying to find a a good solution.
I see there are some stunnel which work for linux to tunnel traffic over ssl for using vnc, but that leaves out Windows clients.
Also had a recommendation for hamachi but that doesn't seem like a great solution.
And there are often limits on SSH from the remote sites that is not an option.
Can I tunnel SSH over SSL from Windows client?
If logmein.com or another service had linux support that would be great.
I am sure someone know / has the answer. Thank you.

markpalinux, teamviewer does work in such config. just make sure you configured a persistent password and TV is running as a service
