Question : Remotely Reboot Domain Controller
I have a Windows Server 2003 Domain controller in a 2003 only environment. This Domain controller is also the DHCP server and the FMSO roles server. When rebooting it remotely via remote desktop I get an error message stating "The System cannot log you on due to the following error: The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted” The only way to logon is to do it at the server. Once logon on and locked, remote desktop can access again.
Answer : Remotely Reboot Domain Controller
