Question : Cannot install asp.net vb web application

I have an ASP.Net VB web application programmed in Visual Studio 2008.  I created an install project within the solution so I could compile and then install on the remote machine and/or server.  The app was programmed in vb.net using 3.5 platform.  After building the install project, visual studios output a setup.exe and .msi file in the bin folder.  I then proceeded to install the application on my local machine.  The setup wizard completes almost 99% of the install, but then reverses the installation and quits, and says the install was interrrupted, please try reinstalling.  I do this, but the same issue happens.  Currently, I am using Internet Information Services 5.6,.  I have attached some screen shots of my settings for IIS.  Can someone assist?

Maybe unfound virus/malware/rootkit still at work.
