Question : Help with Exchange SMTP

Hello!
I am running SBS2003 with Exchange 2003.

I am having trouble tracking down the source of some emails that have started appearing in the queues. Some of these domains I have never heard of. I did some research and found some information on email relays. I tried the documentation to see if we have an open relay but it shows we do not have an open relay. I am fresh out of ideas. Can someone help, please?
