Question : Citrix Sessions

We only have one Citrix server (presentation server 4.0) and we have a user who continually opens up different session ID's for example if she opens Microsfot Word it opens in session ID 22 and if she opens another application it will open in session ID 23 (see attached snapshots - user dkeberhard). Our other users don't have this problem. I've recreated her profile and still have the same issues. All of the published applications have the same configurations. Any ideas.
