Question : FTP under IIS 7.5

I have the FTP feature installed on a 2008 R2 server.
Ive added an FTP site but constanly get either "Connection closed by remote host" when testing FTP to localhost from server.
Or
When I FTP from a PC on the LAN, I get nothing at all but it seems like the connection is being rejected.
What I am missing?

Answer : FTP under IIS 7.5

You do not use ISA or any publishing Rules to get to the internal OWA when using Clients that are already behind the ISA.

You have to run Split-DNS so that the Internal OWA resolves tot he Private LAN IP# when coming from a LAN Client.

[Those are underscores, not spaces between the words]
