Question : backspace deleting chunks of text
I have a user claiming that in apps like Word or Powerpoint, she is backspacing normally and suddenly large chunks of text are gone. Using Windows XP and Office 07 on a desktop. I'm thinking there must be some setting somewhere to control backspace behavior so it doesn't go into some automatic mode, but really can't find anything anywhere to control this behavior. Maybe not relevant, but since I've never seen this, I'll mention it: her computer is in a server room and we use a KVM so she can access it in the office. (Her monitor, keyboard and mouse are connected to a Trendnet KVM and then it goes out over an ethernet and at the other end, there's the other KVM going into the computer's PS2 mouse and keyboard ports and the monitor).
