Question : iPhone and Macbook Calendar Sync

Hi,
We have a user that has a Macbook, iPad and iPhone  - all of which sync with Exchange 2007 via activesync.

We are having horrendous issues with his calendar. The calendar has different entries when viewed on the iPhone to the Macbook and different again in OWA.

The apple devices are not getting the most up to date information from the server although mail sync is fine. Deleting and re-adding the account fixes the problem only to have it reappear after a short while.

Heartbeat time is around 1300 seconds under 'manage mobile device' in EMC.

Apple cannot help as it is an exchange connection. It is just the one user that is noticing this issue. He is a heavy user with sever thousand emails and 8-10 calendar entries per day including repeating entries (which also do not work properly).

Could this be a heartbeat issue? We are at our wits end here as this is so far unexplainable.

Any help / comments would be appreciated

Answer : iPhone and Macbook Calendar Sync

i recommend setting the heartbeat to 500 should help with the problem and are you using the  Exchange ActiveSync Mobile Administration Web Tool.  http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=e6851d23-d145-4dbf-a2cc-e0b4c6301453&displaylang=en

i know exchange 2007  has one built in the download gives you more options.
