Question : IE8 opening window settings

I have a, I hope, a simple question about IE8.
When I open one of my favorites which opens a link to HOTMAIL sign in it opens in a reduced window, not full screen. I resize the window to the max, use it, and close it. But when I open it again it starts up small. Can I set it to open in MAx mode?

Right-click the IE8 icon to launch, select properties>shortcut tab>select maximize for the RUN setting.
