Question : Only half of the login screen visible when RDP

A sbs 2003 server. The drive C had 0 bytes available space. When I tried a RDP Connection to the server I wasn't able login since only the half of the login window were visible (I presumme that it was the login screen). I noticed that I had some new Administrator profiles underd "Documents and setings". The current profile has only Recyle Bin on the Desktop. I made some free space by comprossing all files on drive C which are older than 365 days (Disk clean utility). After the compession had done hat I rebooted the server and the problem still exists. I don't have a full login window (when connecting via RDP) which would ask for credentials, only the top halw of it is visible.

Any ideas? Please note that I can still login localy. I will drive tomorrow to the site so I can start fixing it.

Thanks, Juha

Answer : Only half of the login screen visible when RDP

log into safe mode and remove all the new profiles, and set the screen setting to lower size, and lower color  might try removing the video adapter and letting it redetect the card, also delete any RDP settings in the options and make sure you set the display to something like 800x600 with 256 colors.
