Question : on BB (running BES), duplicate contacts and calendar - but not in Outlook - happened after running Blackberry Transporter and upgrade to Exchange 2010

I have three Blackberry users who now have duplicate calendar items and contacts.  This happened two days ago and very likely coincided with my server transition.  Emails are not duplicated.

I had Blackberry Professional running on my SBS 2003 machine.  Then I migrated to Exchange 2008 running Windows 2008 R2.  I installed Blackberry Enterprise Server Express 5.01.  BES Express is installed on the Exchange 2010 box.

I ran the Blackberry transporter as described here:

It worked extremely well.  But now it seems (I've heard this from 2 of the 3 BB users) that their calendar and contacts are duplicated (meaning two contacts show for each person and two appointments show for every one appointment).

I'd love to resolve this without wiping the device, deleting the BES account, re-adding the BES account, and reactivating.

Are there commands to wipe and reload just the calendar and contacts from the BB itself?  Or a recommended method to do that from the BES admin console?  I'm kind of BES admin rookie.  Beyond adding users and setting activation passwords, there isn't much I do with it.

Ok, for the contacts at least, see if this helps:

On the Blackberry, go to Contacts > Menu > Options
You won't be able to see it, but type 'rset '  (no hyphens)
Confirm that you want to wipe the contacts

The address book will then appear blank, and will soon re-populate with the contacts. It should also work with the calendar.

You may also have to delete and resend the service books as per before.
